Refund policy
At Leadsbag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at service@leadsbag.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1-2 business days
- Package your item(s) securely in their original packaging or a similar protective container
- Include the RA number clearly written on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to the return address provided in the return authorization email
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- Damaged items received
- Incorrect items shipped
- Defective products
In these cases, Leadsbag will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Our quality control team will inspect the returned items within 2-3 business days
- If the return meets our policy requirements, we will process your refund
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.
International Returns
For international orders, the same return policy applies. However, please note that:
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the return shipping process are the customer's responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact our customer service team immediately at service@leadsbag.com
- Include clear photos of the damage or defect in your email
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and process a replacement or refund based on your preference
